1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and popbd ("the Platform", "we", "us") with respect to your use of popbd.net and any services, games, betting markets, and features made available therein. These Terms supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

By completing the registration process, checking the acceptance box, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the popbd Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in online gambling activity under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• The information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, any third party.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on popbd.

popbd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, popbd will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address associated with your account. The current version of the Terms is always available at popbd.net/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must stop using popbd immediately and request account closure at [email protected].

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

popbd provides gambling services exclusively to adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on popbd. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement that popbd enforces through the following mechanisms:

2.1 Age Verification at Registration

During the registration process, all players are required to declare that they are 18 years of age or older. popbd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point — including immediately after registration and before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi government authority.

2.2 KYC Checks

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, popbd may request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, and the source of funds used for deposits. 2.3 Underage Accounts

If popbd determines at any point — before or after account approval — that a player is under 18 years of age, popbd will:

• Retain the right to report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

Players who access popbd from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and may have their accounts restricted without notice.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use popbd, you must create a single registered account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number registered with your bKash or Nagad account, and a valid email address. You must ensure this information remains current at all times. popbd is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated registration data.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold exactly one popbd account. Opening, operating, or controlling more than one account — whether in your own name or under a different identity — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances, pending bonuses, or accrued rewards may be forfeited at popbd's sole discretion. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, contact [email protected] immediately to resolve the situation before it escalates to a formal breach.

3.3 Account Credentials & Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your popbd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. popbd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must:

• Change your password immediately via the account settings panel.
• Contact [email protected] to report the suspected breach.
• Review your recent transaction history and report any unrecognised activity.

popbd will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel requesting your password, one-time password (OTP), bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or any other security credential. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Account Currency

All popbd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed. All balances, bets, winnings, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in BDT.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

popbd currently supports the following BDT payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. popbd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Not all payment methods may be available for both deposit and withdrawal — check the cashier for current availability.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposit

The minimum deposit on popbd is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method used. Specific limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of each transaction. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly and reflect in your popbd account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the popbd finance team during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Typical withdrawal processing times are:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC completion.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days from approval, subject to card issuer processing times.

popbd reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the same name as the popbd account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Player Funds

Deposits made by players are held separately from popbd's operational funds. popbd does not use player deposits for operating expenses. In the event that popbd ceases operations, player funds will be returned to the originating payment method subject to identity verification.

4.5 Transaction Fees

popbd does not charge any fee on deposits or withdrawals made via local BDT payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). International card processing may incur fees charged by the card issuer or network — these fees are outside popbd's control and are not reimbursed by popbd.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players on popbd are eligible to claim a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the specific terms published on the promotion page at the time of opt-in. The welcome bonus is available to new players only — one per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. popbd reserves the right to withdraw or modify the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to a popbd account are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 35x) is stated in the individual offer terms at the time of bonus activation. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the offer — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games on popbd contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically:

• Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements.
• Live Casino (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack): 10%–20% contribution — check individual offer terms.
• Sports Betting (Cricket, Football, Kabaddi): Variable contribution — refer to the specific promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

popbd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or hedge-betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures; or providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, popbd reserves the right to void all bonuses, remove associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice.

5.5 Ongoing Promotions

From time to time, popbd offers additional promotions to registered players including weekly cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is made available. General bonus terms (including wagering requirements and abuse policies in sections 5.2–5.4) apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms expressly state otherwise.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using popbd, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the popbd Platform:

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account or accessing the Platform using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at registration or during KYC.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, algorithm, RNG, or security feature of the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by popbd.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing popbd staff or other players via the support channel or any other means.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions via VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or obvious pricing mistakes ("palpable errors") to gain an unfair financial advantage.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where popbd determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, popbd reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close the account.
• Void all or any bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct.
• Forfeit any bonus funds, free spins, or cashback credited to the account.
• Withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation.
• Report the conduct to relevant financial crime or law enforcement authorities.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generation & Fairness

All casino games available on popbd — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by the respective game studios. popbd does not operate its own RNG; game outcomes are determined entirely by the studio's certified RNG software, which is independently audited for fairness. popbd has no ability to influence game outcomes in favour of the Platform or against any individual player.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game available on popbd is published by the game studio provider. Players can view the RTP for any game in the game information panel before placing a wager. RTP values represent long-term statistical averages across a very large number of game rounds — they do not guarantee any specific outcome or return in any individual session on popbd.

7.3 Sports Betting Markets

Cricket betting and other sports betting markets on popbd are governed by popbd's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Sports Betting Rules on any sports-specific matter, the Sports Betting Rules shall take precedence for that matter. popbd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has been determined by match-fixing, corruption, or any other form of irregular activity that compromises the integrity of the sporting contest.

7.4 Palpable Errors

In the event that a game, odds, or payout is displayed due to a technical or human error (a "palpable error"), popbd reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stake to the player's account balance. popbd will not honour bets placed at odds or payouts that are clearly and materially different from the correct market values due to a display error.

7.5 Disconnections

In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, popbd's server-side records will be used to determine the outcome of that round. Where a round was completed server-side before disconnection, the result stands. Where a round was not initiated server-side before disconnection, the stake will be returned to your balance. popbd is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions outside of its control.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your popbd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, popbd will process any eligible pending withdrawals to the originating payment method and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that voluntary account closure does not waive any outstanding obligations you have under these Terms.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling on popbd may request a self-exclusion period via the responsible gaming tools available in the account settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours up to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it takes effect within one hour. During a self-exclusion period, popbd will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account. Self-exclusion is not reversible for the duration of the elected period — short-term exclusions cannot be reversed on request.

8.3 Suspension by popbd

popbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is suspected.
• The player's KYC documentation is found to be falsified or unverifiable.
• The account is associated with bonus abuse or collusive activity.
• Regulatory or legal requirements in any jurisdiction oblige popbd to restrict access.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. popbd may apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee to dormant accounts after this period, as set out in the fee schedule published in the cashier. popbd will contact the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].

9 Liability & Disclaimers

9.1 Platform Availability

popbd aims to provide a high-availability platform accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, popbd does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, server failures, or any other technical interruption outside of popbd's direct control.

9.2 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your popbd account. popbd provides games and betting markets as entertainment services for adults — the Platform does not guarantee any financial return and makes no representation that any player will profit from using popbd. You are solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions made on your account.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, popbd's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your popbd account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. popbd is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of whether popbd was advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Third-Party Content

The games available on popbd are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Ezugi, and Spribe. popbd acts as a distributor of this content and is not responsible for defects, errors, or omissions in the game software itself. Any disputes relating specifically to game mechanics or RNG outcomes should be directed first to [email protected], who will escalate to the relevant studio provider where required.

10 Governing Law & Amendments

10.1 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. English is the controlling language for all legal interpretation. In any dispute arising from these Terms, the English-language version shall be the definitive reference, regardless of any translation that may exist.

10.2 Amendments

popbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, popbd will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via the registered email address. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to payment method lists) may be made without advance notice. 10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the popbd Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and popbd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
